“People whose hearts are like the hearts of birds will enter Paradise.”
[Sahih Muslim, Book 40, Number 6808]

* According to scholars, "hearts of birds" means they rely upon Allah for provision like birds, or it is also said it means they have soft hearts. Allah knows best.-Dr Yousuf Raza

WOMen's Right

Striving Muslimah "Women like attention and they like to be told clearly that they are loved. Don't be stingy in expressing your love for your wife. If you become limited in expressing your love, you will create a barrier of harshness between you and her, and there will be a decrease in affection."
(Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal raheemahullah)

Hadith - al-Tirmidhi # 2151. [Classed as saheeh by al-Haakim, 1/699, and al-Dhahabi agreed with him. It was classed as hasan by al-Haafiz ibn Hajar in Fath al-Baari, 11/184]

The happiness of the son of Adam depends on his being content with what Allah has decreed for him, and the misery of the son of Adam results from his failure to pray istikhaarah, and the misery of the son of Adam results from in his discontent with what Allah has decreed for him.

"Woe to every unjust husband. An example of this is the husband who wants from his wife that she gives him all of his rights in full and he is not lenient. But when it is time to give his wife her rights then he is lackadaisical and he does not give her that which is due her."

Seeds of Hellfire

The most naive thing in my eyes is to linger in sin, with no regrets - hoping for a far off pardon and to come closer to Allah without doing anything, and waiting for the harvest of Jannah while planting the seeds of hellfire - waiting for reward without performing any deeds.”

— Yahya ibn Mu’adh —

.The Prophet sal Allahu alaiyhi wa sallam said, “I guarantee a house in Jannah for one who gives up arguing, even if he is in the right; and I guarantee a home in the middle of Jannah for one who abandons lying even for the sake of fun; and I guarantee a house in the highest part of Jannah for one who has good manners.

Abu al-Dardaa (radiAllaahu 'anhu) said:

"Three things I love but the people hate: Poverty, illness and death.I love poverty out of humility to my Lord, and death out of fondness (of meeting) my Lord, and illness as expiation for my sin."[Al-Siyar of al-Dhahabi (2/349)]

The worst of people in Allah’s sight, on the Day of Resurrection, will be the two-faced person-
Prophet Muhammed(Peace be upon him

A true action leads to the path of virtue and good deeds, and virtue paves the way of a person to Paradise, and the said person continues to speak the truth till in the sight of Allah he is named Siddiq or Truthful. Lying leads to vice, and vice leads to indecent acts and if a person goes on lying till in the sight of Allah he is named a liar.
——— The Prophet (s) as reported by Abdullah Ibn Mas’ud (r) in Bukhari and Muslim.

‎"One of the worst sins is when a man says to his brother: 'Fear Allah', and he replies: 'Worry about yourself."[Abdullah Ibn Masud (r.a)]

Do you know? What is Hell?
01. Hell is so deep that if a stone were to be thrown into it, it
would travel for 70 years to reaching at the bottom.
02. The breadth of each of the four walls around Hell is equivalent
to a distance covered by a walking journey of 40 years.
03. Hell has seven (7) gates.
04. Hell had been lit for one thousand years until its flames
became red. Again it was heated for another thousand years till
its color became white. Still again it was burnt for further thousand
years and its white color flames turned pitch black.
05. Even the most fierce fire of this world is 70 fold cooler than
the fire of Hell.
06. The lightest punishment in Hell would be the wearing of fiery
shoes which would cause one’s brain to boil.
07. Hell in infested with venomous snakes and scorpions of the size of donkeys and if they were to bite
a person then he or she will suffer pain for 40 years.
08. For food, the dweller of Hell would be given (Zaqqum) which is a prickly tree, so bitter, that even
if a single molecule of it were to spill onto this earth it would make all the foodstuff of the world bitter
and unpalatable.
09. For drinking, the denizen of Hell would be provided with hot, boiling pus mixed with blood, matter,
urine and tears etc. of the dwellers of Hell. If a bucket of this foul liquid were to be splashed over
this earth, the entire world would be upset and disrupted by its most foul stink.
10. Boiling water would be poured over Jahannami’s head and this will cause their internal organs to
melt and leak out through their feet.
11. The inmates of Hell would be lashed with heavy clubs of iron.
12. The dwellers of Hell would be burnt daily for 70 thousand times. Every time, after the skin and flesh
is burnt; they would be restored to life so that they can continuously taste this punishment.
13. All the haughty people will be gathered in the Hereafter and driven towards Hell but their bodies
would be reduced to the size of Ants and they will be given to consume the excretions of the dwellers
of Hell.
15. Some sinners would be made to climb “SAUD” which is a mountain of fire in Hell, and then
dropped from its peak and this process would continue forever and ever.
16. The clothes of sinners in Hell would be highly inflammable.

17. Beside physical torture, the dwellers of Hell would also be subjected
to mental harassment through the taunting by the guardian of Hell
who will remind them of their misdeed on earth and remarks “Now
tastes the fire” etc.
18. The sinners and disbelievers would be humiliated to such an
extent that besides their revolting ugliness and pitch black faces,
their upper lips would be touching their foreheads and the lower lip
dangling around the navel.
19. The dwellers of Hell would weep so much and shed so much of
tears and blood that furrows would be formed on their cheeks.
20. The tongues of Hell-inmates would be so long and protruding
from there mouths that others would trample and step on them.
21. The dwellers of Hell would display their rage and fury on those who led them astray.
22. The inhabitants of Hell would appeal to the guardians of Hell to intercede on their behalf in the
court of Almighty but their pleas would be rejected. They would make direct supplication to Almighty
but their prayers would not be granted.
23. They will then abide forever in Hell, continuously lamenting and braying like asses (jungle animals).

Calling others to goodness&trials of life

Anas (ra) relates that, “We asked the Prophet ﷺ,

‘O Messenger of Allah ﷺ, shouldn’t we refrain from calling others to goodness if we don’t practice all good things ourselves, and shouldn’t we refrain from forbidding wrong things until we ourselves have abstained from all the bad?’

‘No,’ he replied, ‘You should call others to goodness even if you don’t do all good, and you should forbid bad things even if you don’t abstain from all of them yourselves.’”

(Al-Tabarani)

"Whoever removes a worldly grief from a believer, Allah will remove from him one of the griefs of the Day of Judgment" [Sahih Muslim]

“The greatest reward comes with the greatest trial. When Allah (swt) loves a people He tests them. Whoever accepts that wins His (swt) pleasure but whoever is discontent with that earns His (swt) wrath.”

Traveler

"Wondrous are the believer's affairs. For him there is good in all his affairs, and this is so only for the believer. When something pleasing happens to him, he is grateful, and that is good for him; and when something displeasing happens to him, he is patient, and that is good for him." (Muslim)
Narrated by Mujahid

'Abdullah bin 'Umar said, "Allah's Apostle took hold of my shoulder and said, 'Be in this world as if you were a stranger or a traveler." The sub-narrator added: Ibn 'Umar used to say, "If you survive till the evening, do not expect to be alive in the morning, and if you survive till the morning, do not expect to be alive in the evening, and take from your health for your sickness, and (take) from your life for your death."

But they plan, and Allah plans. And Allah is the best of planners.

{Al-Qur'an 8:30)

Reported by Jabir (RA): I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) saying, "Every night there is a special time during which whatever a Muslim asks Allah of any good relating to this life or the Hereafter, it will be granted to him; and this moment comes every night.'' [Muslim]

•• VIRTUES OF THE QUR'AN •

• The Quran will be a Proof for or against Us on the Day of Judgement

This is due to the statement of the Messenger sallahu alayhi

wa salam: “And the Quran is a proof for you or against you.” [Muslim]

• The Quran will Intercede for Us on the Day of Judgement

Abu Umaamah (May Allah be pleased with him) related that the Prophet sallahu alayhi wa salam said: “Read the Quran, for indeed it will come on the Day of Standing (Judgement) as an intercessor for its companions.” [Muslim]

• The Quran Raises One’s Status in this Life

In Saheeh Muslim, some men came to question Umar bin Al-Khattaab (May Allah be pleased with him) during his reign as caliph regarding the leadership of Makkah. The men asked: “Who do you use to govern Makkah?” Umar (May Allah be pleased with him) said: “Ibn Abzaa.” They asked: “And who is Ibn Abzaa?” ‘Umar replied: “A freed slave from those we freed.” They remarked: “You left a freed slave in command of the People of the Valley (the noble tribes of the Quraysh)?” He replied: “Indeed he is a reciter of the Book of Allaah and is knowledgeable about the obligations of the Muslims. Haven’t you heard the statement of your Messenger sallahu alayhi wa salam: “Verily Allaah raises some people by this Book and lowers others by it?””

• The People of the Quran are from Best of People

‘Uthmaan (May Allah be pleased with him) said that the Prophet sallahu alayhi wa salam said: “The best of you are those who learn the Quran and teach it to others.” [Al-Bukhaari]

• There are Ten Rewards for Every Letter Recited from the Quran

“Whoever reads a letter from the Book of Allaah, he will have a reward, and this reward will be multiplied by ten. I am not saying that ‘Alif, Laam, Meem’ is a letter, rather I am saying that ‘Alif’ is a letter, ‘Laam’ is a letter and ‘Meem’ is a letter.” [At-Tirmithi]

• The Reciters of the Quran Will Be in the Company of the Noble and Obedient Angels

‘Aa’ishah related that the Prophet sallahu alayhi wa salam said: “Indeed the one who recites the Quran beautifully, smoothly, and precisely, will be in the company of the noble and obedient angels. As for the one who recites with difficulty, stammering or stumbling through its verses, then he will have twice that reward.” [Al-Bukhaari & Muslim]

• One’s Position and Rank in Paradise is Determined by the Amount of Quran He Memorised in this Life

‘Abdullaah bin ‘Amr bin Al-‘Aas (May Allah be pleased with him) heard the Prophet sallahu alayhi wa salam saying: “It will be said to the companion of the Quran: ‘Read and elevate (through the levels of Paradise) and beautify your voice as you did when you were in the worldly life! For verily, your position in Paradise will be at the last verse you recite!’” [Abu Daawood & At-Tirmithi]

• The Quran Leads to Paradise

The Quran states (what means): “Indeed the Quran guides to that which is most suitable and gives good tidings to the believers who do righteous deeds that they will have a great reward.” [Quran: 17:9]

• The Quran restores soul calmnes

“No people assembled in one of the houses of Allaah (mosques), and recite and study the Book of Allaah (among themselves), except that tranquility would prevail over them, mercy would encompass them, the angels would surround them, and Allaah would make a mention of them in the presence of those near Him (angels).” [Muslim]

»» Allah Most High says, “Truly, it is by the Remembrance of Allah that hearts find rest.” [Qur'an, 13:28]

No complain

Prophet Muhammad salAllahu 'alayhi wa sallam said,

"If you guarantee me six things on your part I shall guarantee you Paradise. Speak the truth when you talk, keep a promise when you make it, when you are trusted with something fulfill your trust, avoid sexual immorality, lower your eyes, and restrain your hands from injustice."

[Bukhari]

"The manner you deal with people in is the same way Allah will deal with you, both in this world and in the hereafter."- Imam Ibn Qayyim...

So...where do you stand? (Reflect)

► Do you want Allah to remove your concerns , pardon sins, accept duas, takeaway anxieties? In shaa Allah

►Praying for the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) (i.e., saying “Allaahumma salli ‘ala Muhammad,”Darood e Ibrahimi"'Sala Allaahu 'Alayhi wa sallam etc.)

It was narrated (in part of the hadith) that Ubayy ibn Ka’b said:
I said: O Messenger of Allah, I send blessings upon you a great deal; how much of my prayer (dua) should be for you? He said: “Whatever you wish.”

I said: One quarter? He said: “Whatever you wish, and if you do more it is better for you.”

I said: Half? He said: “Whatever you wish, and if you do more it is better for you.”

I said: Two thirds? He said: “Whatever you wish, and if you do more it is better for you.”

I said: Should I make all my du’aa’ for you? He said: “Then your concerns will be taken care of and your sins will be forgiven.” Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (2457); classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-

► It is said that by reciting it in abundance one is freed from ANXIETY and wrongs are pardoned.

About the above hadith, Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said in Jala’ al-Afhaam (79): Our Shaykh Abu ‘Abbaas (i.e., Ibn Taymiyah) was asked about the meaning of this hadeeth. He said: Ubayy ibn Ka’b had a dua that he used to say for himself, and he asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) whether he should make one-quarter of it sending blessings on him, and he said … because whoever sends blessings on the Prophet, Allah will send blessings on him tenfold, and if Allah sends blessings on a person He will take care of his concerns and forgive him his sins.

In another hadith by Al-Tirmidhi (484) narrated from ‘Abd-Allah ibn Mas’ood that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

The closest of people to me on the Day of Resurrection will be those who send the most blessings on me.” [Classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Targheeb wa’l-Tarheeb.]

►An opportunity to recite Durood Shareef (sending blessings) exists when we are in a queue waiting. Whether this is in a queue at a post office, market, doctor's surgery or waiting at the traffic lights. Read Durood Shareef during this time or any other spare time.

“There is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are messengers of overwhelming grief...and unspeakable love.”
-Washington Irving

When you have had bad experience of getting hurt by nearly everyone you've ever cared about, those who you loved dearly. They stabbed you through the heart. The excruciating pain eating you away, like a human eating you alive. You stop trusting others, you stop smiling for yourself and looking for happiness for yourself anymore. Then someone else comes along and you think they're different, they show you sweet dreams, show you they're different. Someone beyond your dreams .. and then .. BAMMM! they stab you through the heart, but this wound hurts more than the others. You feel like you don't deserve happiness.

You need to stop looking for happiness for yourself .. even if you can't smile for yourself, smile for others. You never know who's dark dull day your smile may light up. Don't look for happiness for yourself, but look for happiness for others.

Make the most of whatever you have, even if its nothing. Cause even that nothing has come from Allah. Those who stab you through the heart, they did that from the will of Allah. Those wounds were only given to you so Allah could heal them, so they would leave scars. Only to remind you that Allah will always be there to look after you, even when no one else is.
