Sin

*Many times we commit sin and we ask forgiveness. We then commit the sin again, and then ask forgiveness again, and we even commit it for a third time and that is when shaytaan starts putting doubts in us that, " Allah will probably not forgive me any more!".

Walahi this thought is more dangerous than ANY SIN! Shaytaan never comes to us to tell us to stop doing the sin, but he'll always come to tell us to stop asking for forgiveness! My request from all who are reading this is, please don't give up on Allah! Trust me, Wallahi, his mercy is beyond our grasp!

The Eyes & Heart:
Imam Ibn ul-Qayyim (rahimahullaah) said:

“Between the eyes and the heart there is a connection which means that the one is affected by the other, and if one of them becomes good, the other will also become good, and if one becomes corrupt the other will become corrupt. If the heart becomes corrupt the gaze will become corrupt, and if the gaze become corrupt the heart will become corrupt, and similarly if one is sound the other will also be sound.”

[Al-Jawaab al-Kaafee of Ibn al-Qayyim (p.125
)]

"He who gets himself in the habit of doing actions just for the sake of Allaah, there is nothing harder upon him than to do an action for other than Allaah.

And he who gets himself in the habit of doing actions based upon his desires, or [an ulterior motive, such as praise from the people, or status, or position, or wealth] then there is nothing harder upon him than to try to do an action sincerely to Allaah."
~ Ibn al Qayyim (rahimahullaah)
If you were to gain knowledge for a hundred years and collect a thousand books, you will not be deserving of God’s Mercy except by practising your knowledge, because Allah has said: “The man shall only get what he strove for” al-Najm 39

- al-Ghazzali

Our affairs are attached to the destiny decreed by Allah, even our best plans may lead us to destruction.

If you do 99 good things but make one single bad deed, people will blame you as if you had never done a good thing in your life. But if you did 99 bad things and then sought forgiveness from Allah, He will forgive you as if you had never done a bad thing. Why is it then that we run after those who will never be pleased with what we do while neglecting the One whom we should be pleasing? Allah described the hypocrites by saying “They swear by Allah to you in order to please you, but it is more fitting that they should please Allah and His Messenger, if they are believers.” So, which party are you with and who do you want to please most? Your actions will answer this question!
(Assim Alhakeem)

"One of the effects of sins is that it brings fear and feelings of loneliness to the heart. Because of sins Allah throws fear and horror into the heart of the sinner so that you never see him but afraid and terrified. Whoever fears Allah, Allah will secure him from everything and whoever doesn't Allah will scare him from everything.

One of sins punishments is that they bring great loneliness to the heart so that the sinner finds himself lonely, he finds himself lonely between him and his Lord, he finds himself lonely between him and other people, he finds himself lonely between him and himself. The more the sins increase the more loneliness increases. The most bitter life is the life of the loners and the most vibrant good life is the life of those who are happy."

"When Allah chose you and guided you, this is not because you are special or due to your astonishing forms of worship. This is due only to Allah’s mercy on you which can be stripped from you any time and turn you back on your heels. Therefore, never be fooled by our own good deeds and never look down at those who are sinful or went astray. Had it not been to Allah’s mercy, you might have been in that person’s shoes! O Allah make us steadfast on Islam with your mercy."-Shaikh Assim AlHakeem

Shaykh Aa’id al-Qarni

“Physical well-being comes from eating little , mental well-being comes from sinning little , well-being of the heart comes from worrying little , and well-being of the tongue comes from speaking little .”

Mother's Love

:An Angry Mother's Du'a Got Accepted...::♥

Shaykh Al-Kalbaani, former Imam of the Ka'bah, at a conference in London was telling us this story:

When he was young, he was a very naughty boy. He would make his mother angry. But his mother, Allah bless her, was a very righteous woman and she knew the power of Du'a.

She made it her habit that, in her anger at him, she would say this Du'a: "May Allah guide YOU! And make you the IMAM of the Ka'bah!"

Imam Al-Kalbani tells us, "so Allah answered her du'a and I went on to become the Imam of the Ka'bah!" Allahu akbar! :)

(via- Muhammad Alshareef)

Ponder This ---> Don't curse your children when they misbehave..it might backfire! I know of someone who told her son to 'go die', & regretted it later when he passed away the same day. Subhan Allah!

Watch your words dear parents. Make it a habit to utter good du'as for them...Yes, even when you're angry with them!!

The Messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi wasallam) said; "Three supplications will not be rejected (by Allah Subhan wa Ta’ala), the supplication of the parent for his child, the supplication of the one who is fasting, and the supplication of the traveller."
al-Bayhaqi, at-Tirmidhi - Sahih]

In a rare interview with the Al Watan newspaper, when asked about his wife's role in his success, Imam of Al Masjid Al Haraam in Makkah; Shaikh Saud Ash-Shuraim memorably stated,

"Before I say something about my wife, I can’t forget my mother’s love and mercy for me in my childhood and youth as well; As she raised me in orphanage in childhood... her love is a tonic for me. May Allah shower His mercy upon her as she did with me when I was a child.And as for my wife, she has proven herself to be the best companion for me in happiness and sorrow, she is there when I need her, cheers me up, and tries her best to lighten my sorrows. May Allah include this in her good deeds."#Masha Allah! :) ♥

"Stand firm against evil thoughts, for if you fail to do so, they will become ideas, if you do not, they will become desires, so fight against them. If you do not, they will become a form of determination and intention, if you do not resist, they will become actions, and if you do not follow them up with their opposite, they will become habits that will be hard to quit."

- Ibn Al-Qayyim (rahimahullah
)

Wise words by a dear brother .."Dont rely on emotional strength in times of hardship but rely on ur Iman in Allah swt to help you out, because it is only He that will ease the pain and hardship and bring relief, no one else but Him" ..SubhanAllah Glory to Allah swt

“If I had anything, I would not withhold it. Whoever refrains from asking others, then Allah will make him content; and whoever would be self-sufficient, then Allah will make him self-sufficient; and whoever would be patient, then Allah will make him patient.

There is no gift that is better and more comprehensive than patience.”[Sahih Bukhari, Book 24, Number 548]

The worst people are those whom (when they become angry with you) they:
- Deny your previous favors on them- reveal your secrets- forget your good company- and says about you something that’s not in you

✿You can never hold onto anything that isn't meant for you. Sometimes you have to learn to let go, Even if you don't want to, In order to see if it really is yours and if it is, it will find its way back to you understand any test and circumstance. What's yours will always remain yours, what's meant to be will always be InshaALLAH.✿

"Don’t let a sin become so great in your eyes that it prevents you from expecting the best from Allah Most High. Whoever knows his Lord considers his sin small in relation to His generosity."
- Ibn Ata'Allah al Iskandari

"Salah is not 'part-time' or 'sometime' it should be on-time and maybe overtime because death can come at anytime."
