Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said: "Nothing is more honourable to ALLAH the Most High than du’a." (Bukhari)"If one does not ask ALLAH, He will get angry with him." (Bukhari)
Whenever you pray to Allah, remember: He knows what we do not know. He will answer our prayers according to His plan.
“When you make dua, it is a sign that Allah (SWT) loves you and has intended good for you.” — Imam Ibn al-Qayyim
Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah (rahimahullaah) said:
"Du'aa is one of the most beneficial cures and the enemy of fitnah (evils and trials), wards it off and treats it, prevents it to happen and cures it if it happens. Du'aa is the weapon of the believer.”
(ad-Da', p11)
The Prophet (Sallallahu Alyhi Wa Sallam) said: "Remember Allah during times of ease and He will remember you during times of difficulty."
